New York City, NY/San Francisco, CA October 21, 2019 Compass Development, the national sales and marketing leader in luxury residential developments, has been retained by Sand Hill Property Company to provide planning & design guidance for Vallco Town Center.

Vallco, a 1.2 million square foot regional retail and entertainment destination in Cupertino, is located directly off Interstate 280 in the heart of Silicon Valley. Its transformation will create a vibrant mixed-use town center for Cupertino and will provide much needed housing for Silicon Valley as well as new office and retail spaces.
