LOS ALTOS, CA – November 12, 2014 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California has announced that it has signed Barre3 for one of the ground floor retail spaces in its new community, Colonnade. Barre3, an exercise studio that combines ballet with yoga and pilates, has leased 1,460 square feet and will open in early 2015.
The addition of Barre3 will provide residents with options that enhance an active lifestyle at Colonnade, which also houses a state-of-the-art fitness center with spa, abundant bike parking and a landscaped rooftop deck.
“We are excited to welcome Barre3 to Colonnade. We have a growing young workforce that is seeking new and fresh ways to keep fit,” said Jeff Smith, senior vice president for residential development at SRGNC. “Barre3 enables the residents to connect in a sociable fitness environment through a number of fitness programs.”
Barre3 joins The Vitamin Shoppe and Jos. A. Bank in the new community. One 1,900 square-foot-location is available for lease and plans call for a café or restaurant to provide healthy food service to the community.
Colonnade’s retail space is now 85 percent leased. Colonnade is a 167-unit luxury apartment community located near the intersection of San Antonio Road and El Camino Real, and directly across from the San Antonio Shopping Center. The apartments are scheduled to start leasing in early 2015. SRGNC partnered with Chicago based Pritzker Realty Group on the project.
