“We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of four key members of the Sares Regis team,” said Jeff Birdwell, SRGNC’s President of Commercial Development. “Their contributions have been an integral part in making our commercial division successful.”
Yuen joined SRGNC in June 2012, where she assisted with several large entitlement projects including 700 E. Middlefield Road in Mountain View, the Moscone Center Expansion, and the NCPHS senior housing project in Walnut Creek. In addition, Yuen is project manager on several Google projects.
Ota joined the firm in March 2011 and has been instrumental in site selection, due diligence, and all phases of the acquisition process for Informatica’s new corporate headquarters, located in Redwood City.
Ota’s other work has included due diligence on Redwood City’s Docktown Marina, the Airgas redevelopment project, and assisting with the Foster City Center and Google projects. Currently, she is the lead development manager for NVIDIA’s 500,000-square-foot project.
Since joining the firm in November 2013, Genevieve Cadwalader has acted as project manager on the NCPHS senior housing project, Informatica, and several Google projects.
