Scott Schriefer Joins XL Construction As New Project Executive

November 6, 2012 XL Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Project Executive Scott Schriefer to our team. Scott’s experience and industry involvement strengthen XL’s commitment to partnership, absolute client care, and building to improve lives.

Scott’s experience ranges from healthcare and life sciences to advanced technology, mission critical and corporate office. Projects include the Kaiser Permanente Template Hospital and Medical Centers program that added 1.1 million s.f. of new member-care space in Modesto, the 406,000 s.f., 20-story, CalSTRS Corporate Headquarters in West Sacramento, and Bannon Investors’ 300,000 s.f., 12-story, Natomas East Office Building in Sacramento.

A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Scott has served on Cal Poly’s Construction Management (CM) Industry Advisory Council, as an Adjunct Professor for Sacramento State University’s CM program, judged for ASC’s Reno CM Competition, and has acted as a Chapter Educational Chair for DBIA.
