Shawn Lantz Joins Level 10 Construction

SUNNYVALE, CA – (September 19, 2014) – Mike Conroy, Vice President of Operations for Level 10 Construction’s San Diego office, announced today that Shawn Lantz recently joined the Level 10 team as Project Manager for the San Diego region.

Lantz, formerly a project manager with DPR Construction, has worked with key clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Health and Rady Children’s Hospital.

In his first role for Level 10, Lantz was assigned the University of San Diego, Loma Hall Renovation project. A tenant improvement project of nearly 12,000 sq. ft., the renovation of USD’s Loma Hall includes a rapid prototyping lab, ideation space, shop area, lobby, corridors and restrooms.  As the key contact between the client, architect and the rest of the project team, Lantz will take primary responsibility for ensuring this key project’s success.

Level 10 San Diego is also currently completing projects for Qualcomm, Nokia, SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Summit Rancho Bernardo, a corporate campus located on 105 acres in Rancho Bernardo adjacent to the I-15 business corridor.
