Burlingame, CA; September 6, 2017 – VimChat CEO and Co-Founder Brent Wickam announced that the Silicon Valley startup company is one of the 15 companies presenting and competing in the Realogy FWD 2017 annual innovation summit in New York this Friday, September 8.
VimChat (www.vimchat.com) is a communications and commerce company that allows customers to anonymously and securely text with a business, and for the business to manage those texts in a team environment.
Just two weeks ago VimChat landed its first large corporate account plus a half dozen residential real estate office clients since its official product launch in July.
The Realogy FWD finalists, a selected group of tech startups, will focus on real estate solutions and compete with live demos in front of Realogy executives, brokers and special guests to define the future of real estate.
“With VimChat you can get your entire team involved. Bringing back the human element into a world that is focused on Bots, AI and old fashioned on-hold systems will make the difference with a new generation of homebuyers,” said Sabine Zimmerhansl, COO and VimChat Co-Founder.
VimChat is a new patent pending, texting platform that allows prospects to anonymously, securely text with real estate agents, and the agents to manage those texts in a team environment. These text conversations can be handled via a synchronized app and web platform in real time while protecting the customer’s and business’ identity, including phone numbers, thereby increasing engagement and trust. With VimChat, businesses never lose a lead as they might with voice calls, lost emails or live web chat. Agents also will have the ability to broadcast deals directly to all receptive prospects through this platform.
“VimChat is the most effective and efficient lead capture system in the marketplace today and we demonstrated this during beta testing and with our initial client base,” said Brent Wickam, CEO and Co-founder.
