Sonoma County’s Largest Landlord, Basin Street Properties, Creates Discount Program for Tenants

Tenant Advantage Program Offers Exclusive Price Cuts at Retailers, Restaurants, Service Providers and Health and Hotel Establishments in Sonoma County, Reno and Sacramento

PETALUMA/SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 14, 2012 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, announces its new Tenant Advantage Program (TAP), which offers exclusive discounts and promotions for companies and their employees that work in properties owned by Basin Street.

Program participants are eligible to take advantage of discounts – typically 10 to 20 percent off retail goods and services – and various promotions within Basin Street’s retail, residential and hospitality properties, as well as at partnering businesses. These include Petaluma’s most vibrant locations, such as the multi-block Theatre District and River Plaza (Golden Eagle Shopping Center). Sonoma County businesses offering discounts include: Sheraton Sonoma County Hotel in Petaluma, Hampton Inn and Suites in Windsor, Calif., Petaluma Cinemas, Club One Health Club, Hansel Car Dealerships, dozens of restaurants and retail shops, and various service outlets, such as shoe repair and beauty and nail salons.

All employees of Basin Street tenants in its 44-building portfolio are eligible to receive a TAP card to obtain benefits, with no cost to participate. The TAP program extends to all tenants and retailers where Basin Street owns property, such as Reno and Sacramento, and the cards can be used across all regions.
