Walnut Creek, CA – Bayside Communities, LLC announced that Stefanie Kondor has joined the company as a senior asset manager. Kondor will be overseeing the leasing activities, maintenance, and capital improvements of Bayside Communities’ 29 apartment complexes, along with assisting in the acquisition of additional Bayside properties.
“Stefanie has not only had years of success in positions requiring critical and strategic thinking on a day-to-day basis, she also has experience evaluating and underwriting investment and development strategies on an institutional basis,” said Basil P. Rallis, Bayside Communities’ President and COO. “We’re very excited to have Stefanie join the team.”
Prior to joining Bayside Communities, Kondor served as an associate appraiser at Joseph J. Blake and Associates, San Francisco Division. She also served for three years at A.F. Evans Company, Inc., as an investment manager, balancing duties in asset management, relationship management, portfolio management, and business development. Her real estate career started in 2006 at Wells Fargo & Company’s Real Estate Group, where she was a financial analyst and credit analyst, and was involved in the underwriting of debt and acquisition for the real estate group.
Kondor graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business. She is a member of the Financial Women’s Association and of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
