Sur La Table Setting a Place at New Santa Clara Square Mixed-Use Project

Sur La Table will be joining Irvine Company’s new Santa Clara Square mixed-use project in Santa Clara, CA. Sur La Table leased 5,800 square feet of end-cap space in the walkable community project conveniently located in central Silicon Valley at Bowers Avenue (Great America Parkway) and Scott Boulevard, immediately off of U.S. Highway 101. Sur La Table, which has grown to more than 100 stores across America that allow for ultimate kitchen exploration and discovery, is anticipated to open its newest local store in summer 2016. James Chung with Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services group in San Jose represented the tenant.

Once fully developed, Santa Clara Square will consist of a large shopping center (referred as the Marketplace), a massive office campus, an apartment community, shops and dining space and open park space. Sur La Table’s other Silicon Valley stores are also located in pedestrian friendly shopping areas, including Santana Row in west San Jose, Town & Country Village in Palo Alto and University Avenue in downtown Los Gatos.
