Equipped with expertise in design management, a deep understanding of energy analytics, and a passion for sustainable building, George looks forward to helping clients develop spaces that achieve maximum energy efficiency and reduced operating costs.
George brings to Swinerton targeted experience creating high-tech facilities for firms such as eBay, Adobe, Roche Molecular Systems, General Dynamics, and BioMed Realty Trust. His well-rounded background involves work with both private and public entities, nationally and internationally, as a developer, owner’s representative, general contractor, and subconsultant with firms such as Integrated Building Solutions in the Bay Area, CM&D in Honolulu, and Clune Construction in Los Angeles. Notable projects in his portfolio include Interface Global’s Smart Building in Georgia, the BioMed Realty campus in Newark, California, and multiple luxury residential and hotel developments.
George maintains robust ties with the Silicon Valley and greater Northern California building communities including membership with the U.S. Green Building Council, CoreNet Global, and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a BS in international business from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii, Honolulu.
