Textainer, the world’s largest lessor of intermodal containers based on fleet size, has extended its lease for 23,192 square feet of office space at 650 California Street in San Francisco. Textainer is located on the 15th and 16th floors of the 33-story, Class A high-rise situated in the City’s Financial District submarket. 650 California Street is owned by Columbia Property Trust, which has owned the approximately 478,400 square foot building for just over a year. Other key tenants located in the building include SparkCentral and Credit Suisse. Zach Siegel, JD Lumpkin and Sam Wasserstein with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.
