Dignitaries Celebrate One of the Few New Office/Medical/Research Facilities in the East Bay
Emeryville, CA– May 12, 2017 –Today, Wareham Development, Congresswoman Barbara Lee and others celebrated the ‘topping off’ of EmeryStation West, located at 5959 Horton Street. EmeryStation West, the East Bay’s newest office/medical/research center rises seven floors above a two-story parking podium adjacent to the East Bay Amtrak in Emeryville.
Developer, Wareham Development said the 265,000 square foot building will have transit accommodations at the street level to serve Amtrak trains, buses and EmeryGoRound shuttles, taxis, limos, car shares, and private cars. Retail stores and street vibrancy at the plaza level welcome visitors to an open sky garden atop the parking podium. EmeryStation West is designed to meet LEED Gold standards by award-winning Perkins + Will, and will be ready for tenant improvements Q3 2017. (Click the link for further details & photos.)
