BHJ Products, Inc. (www.bhjproducts.com), a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing equipment for engine builders, leased a ±30,200 square foot freestanding warehouse and manufacturing facility located at 1651 Atlantic Court, Union City. BHJ is consolidating to Union City from two locations in Newark. The high-image facility features approximately 2,500 square feet of office space, heavy power, 20’ minimum interior clearance height, dock-high and grade-level loading and ample glassline.
Quartz Surfaces – Southern California, Inc., dba Cambria (www.cambriausa.com), a home design, tile and marble company, leased a ±23,556 square foot portion of a larger ±89,200 square foot building located at 1747 Atlantic Court. The building features ±1,848 square feet of office space, dock-high and grade-level loading and 24’ interior clearance height. Cambria is expanding its operations from its ±14,000 square foot location in south Hayward.
