There’s a floating staircase made of steel— designed and forged by local blacksmiths Jesse and Aaron Bushey of Bushey Ironworks, a 20-foot stone, floor-to-ceiling, double-sided fireplace and an eye-catching bar featuring exquisite wood, stone and rock work. There also is a fully detached guest house that includes one bedroom, one bath and four additional built-in bunk beds. The home has access to two buoys, two piers and a private beach located just across the street as part of the Tahoe Swiss Village homeowner’s association.
