Cohen Financial Secures More than $16MM Loan to Refinance a Multifamily Property in Napa

Cohen Financial, Napa, Bay Area, Napa Garden Apartments, San Francisco, Freddie Mac, Wells FargoSAN FRANCISCO (March 22, 2016) – Cohen Financial, a national real estate capital services firm, today announced that it has secured $16.237 million to refinance the Napa Garden Apartments located at 2513 Laurel Street in Napa, California. Napa Garden Apartments is located in the heart of the famed Napa Valley wine region. The property features 160 units spread across approximately 24 buildings.

Kenneth M. Fox, CCIM, Managing Director in Cohen Financial’s San Francisco office, originated the fixed-rate, long term loan through Wells Fargo’s lending program with Freddie Mac. The borrower is a San Francisco-based commercial real estate investor and long-term Cohen Financial client. The transaction closed on February 29, 2016.
