Top Industrial Sale Small Market: Mike Goldstein and Greg O’Leary of Colliers Stockton, for a 857,695-square-foot sale in Lathrop, CA.
Top Flex R&D Lease Award: Craig Fordyce and Mike Rosendin of Colliers San Jose, for a 148,704-square-foot lease in Santa Clara, CA.
Top Flex R&D Sale Award: Craig Fordyce and Dave Schmidt of Colliers San Jose, for a 251,061-square-foot sale in Santa Clara, CA.
Top Office Lease Award: Mike McCarthy of Colliers San Francisco, for a 159,538-square-foot lease in San Francisco, CA.
Most Number of Transactions Award (Individual): Mike Rosendin of Colliers San Jose, winner with 133 transactions.
