Leasing Activity on West Hollywood’s Melrose Avenue Heats Up

A string of new national and international apparel retailers are preparing to join West Hollywood, CA’s famous Melrose Avenue, one of the most popular shopping destinations in the Los Angeles area. AllSaints, Zadig & Voltaire and Untuckit have all recently leased space at the newly developed retail projects on Melrose Avenue between San Vicente Blvd and La Cienega Blvd. AllSaints, an edgy apparel chain, leased 3,200 square feet in one of the almost completed building. In the other building, Zadig & Voltaire, an international retailer selling clothing, handbags, accessories and fragrance, will open a 2,000 square foot store and Untuckit, specializing in men’s and women’s casual, comfortable and versatile shirts that “look good untucked,” will open in 1,000 square feet of space. Neighboring retailers include the future Lululemon, Rag + Bone, Urth Caffé, Restoration Hardware flagship and Alice & Olivia.

Carter Magnin and Matthew Fainchtein also of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services group also represented tenant Untuckit in its transaction.
