Lightning Autoparts Expands – Livermore

PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA, November 30, 2012  – Mark Triska and Ned Wood of Colliers International represented Mountain Parkway Properties, LLC in the Sale of 427 Mountain Vista Parkway.  The Buyers, Maars II, LLC represented by Tony Ferreri of Lee & Associates, purchased the Light Industrial Condo for $950,000.

This will be the new home to Lightning Autoparts, LLC, an automotive manufacturer specializing in auto parts fabrication, rebuilding and repair. They are expanding from within the Livermore Market in order to meet demands for their new and used auto parts. The office is centrally located in Livermore’s newly designed hi-tech business district. Lightning Autoparts’ full product line can be viewed at their eBay store.

Amerimade originally occupied the Premises. They owned all three industrial condo units, have now sold this one and plan to retain the two northern units.
