Lowenberg Corporation has sold its ±85,089 square foot, freestanding, food manufacturing warehouse located at 427 Hester Street in San Leandro.
The light industrial facility is situated on ±3.65 acres and building features include ±5,000 square feet of office space, 10 dock-high doors, grade-level access and 24’ interior clearance height.
The seller, Lowenberg Corporation, owns and manages millions of square feet on the West Coast as well as across the country. The buyer was Berber Food Manufacturing, Inc., dba Mi Rancho (www.miranchofoodservice.com), who currently occupies the facility. Mi Rancho is a local family business that produces and distributes high quality tortillas for foodservice nationwide or for overseas export.
Greig Lagomarsino, SIOR of Colliers International’s Oakland office represented the seller in this transaction. Financing was provided by Tom Signorelli with Westgate Financial. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
