Marcus & Millichap Sells a Five-Unit Apartment Building

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 6, 2012 – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of a five-unit apartment property located in San Francisco, CA, according to Jeffrey M. Mishkin, FVP/Regional Manager of the firm’s San Francisco office. The asset commanded a sales price of $1,417,000.

John Antonini, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The subject property (326-328 Church Street) is a five-unit property located on Church Street between 15th Street and 16th Street in the Castro/Eureka Valley District. The extra-long lot measures 25 feet by 140 feet deep, which affords room for the two buildings on the parcel. Both buildings are detached on four sides and all five units have separate entrances. There is two car side-by-side parking, which faces Church Street. The property was constructed in 1895.
