Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) has expanded into an additional 22,848 square feet of space at the Dublin Gateway Medical Center in Dublin, CA, giving the healthcare provider occupancy in over 50% of the Class A medical office project. PAMF leased the entire second floor of building 1, which was in shell condition prior to the transaction. The expansion brings PAMF’s total footprint in the two-building project at 4000 Dublin Boulevard to approximately 91,500 square feet. PAMF had previously occupied all of building 2 plus space on the third floor of building 1. The project is now 100% leased to an array of medical/healthcare services groups. Dublin Gateway features great access to Interstates 580 and 680, preeminent image and identity, walking distance to a variety of retail amenities, and positioned within one mile of BART. Michael Copeland and Justin Grilli of Cushman & Wakefield’s Pleasanton office in collaboration with Jason Allen of Colliers International represented the landlord in the transaction.
