Union City, Calif. – After thirty years in Hayward, Sealed Air Corporation (Tenant) is relocating from its+/-118,000 regional headquarters to a +/-38,000 facility located in Alvarado Business Park at 2877 Volpey Way in Union City. The company is downsizing and moving their production to a plant in Seattle. They will keep their warehouse/distribution operation in their new location. “Sealed Air has been a long term tenant in the area for over 35 years,” says Todd Severson, who represented the Tenant in this transaction.
Sealed Air Corporation (www.sealedair.com) is an $8 billion company with approximately 26,300 employees who serve customers in 175 countries. The Landlord was General Steamship International, Ltd.
