Skanska has wrapped a 21,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Sutter Health in Pleasanton, delivering a new pediatric urgent care, imaging and physical therapy hub that opens to patients this month and deepens the health system's push into the fast-growing Tri-Valley corridor.
