KANSAS CITY, Mo – May 7, 2015 – The Ehmer Group, a San Francisco-based member of Hotel Brokers International, announces the successful marketing and sale of the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Royal Carriage located at 18239 Main Street in Jamestown, California. The Buyer acquired the hotel for $42,000 per room and has plans to retain the Americas Best Value Inn affiliation. Richard Ehmer, President of The Ehmer Group, arranged the sale.
The ABVI Royal Carriage is a 25-unit limited service hotel, built between 1920 and 1936. The hotel guestrooms are situated within six historic buildings including one two-story main building with 15 guestrooms and five cottage buildings containing ten guestroom units. The hotel is located on the east side of Main Street, the main thoroughfare in Jamestown, California. Situated in Tuolumne County, Jamestown was formerly a California gold rush town, and currently is a California historical landmark.
