Michelle Antic Joins The Mark Company as Project Director

Responsible for Residential Marketing and Management of The San Francisco Shipyard, 8 Octavia and Amero

San Francisco – September 4, 2014 – The Mark Company, a leading urban residential marketing and sales firm, today announced Michelle Antic has been appointed Project Director.  She will oversee the marketing and sales campaigns for multiple condominium projects including The San Francisco Shipyard, 8 Octavia and Amero in San Francisco.

“Michelle’s vast experience in residential real estate development, including the planning, creation, implementation and management of some of San Francisco’s most successful condominiums, will be a strong asset to the firm and our clients,” stated Alan Mark, founder and president of The Mark Company.

Antic has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of real estate marketing and sales in the San Francisco Bay Area, from high density to single family home developments, totaling more than 7,000 units valued at over $3 billion.

Previously, she was vice president of marketing at Paragon Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for corporate brand management and marketing strategy as well as media planning for the company and its property listings.

Prior to that, Antic was vice president of sales and marketing at VERVE, and director of marketing at Polaris Group in San Francisco.  Earlier in her career, she was director of marketing for Intracorp San Francisco and marketing manager of Pacific Marketing Associates.

Antic is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
